I baked some pizza yesterday with a dough that rised for 2.5 hours. The image speaks for itself... It's a curry pizza with chicken, ham, swedish cheese and mozarella, onion, tomato sauce, pineapple, fries and garlic sauce. Next to it is some pickled cabbage spiced with sugar, salt, italian herb blend and turmeric.

That actually makes sense. The pairing of lactic acid (in cheese) with malic acid (in fruit) is a classic combination . . although more commonly seen in cheese and apples 🙂
