Mayo is a safe bet but don't eat too much tuna as it has mercury content.

@Matt85 Does all of it ? It’s one of the things I can eat without spiking.

I make it plain and simple: just stir in some mayo with the tuna and spread it on bread.
But what I really like is to put some cheese on slices of bread, put them under a broiler for a short time to melt the cheese (but the bread is still soft), and then spread tuna-and-mayo on top of that to make open face sandwiches .

Mayo, pickle relish, and tuna. I tried a little oregano last time, not sure it added the zest I was looking for. Sometimes plain white bread, sometimes on toast.

Make sure you make it in advance. It tastes best after sitting in the fridge for a few hours.
