2. I’ve found by switching to lower carbohydrates that there is less opportunity to eat cheese and I don’t miss it.

@SW-User Wouldn't you want to eat more of it (if you enjoy low carb diet?, maybe low fat cheese)? It's low in carbs...

@Coralmist without bread and pasta I find there’s nothing much to do with cheese. Over half of my food intake is raw vegetables and they go well with meats and nuts and eggs and not so well with cheese.
