@SW-User Wouldn't you want to eat more of it (if you enjoy low carb diet?, maybe low fat cheese)? It's low in carbs...

@Coralmist without bread and pasta I find there’s nothing much to do with cheese. Over half of my food intake is raw vegetables and they go well with meats and nuts and eggs and not so well with cheese.

@SW-User I love cheese sticks as a snack sometimes...but yeah it is on lots of bread or pasta meals.
