At a restaurant in the USA, when they had a "wild exotic game" night. We also had tiger, and a few others I forget. All were extremely underwhelming. The cobra was very tough. I feel like I'm still chewing it.

@Winenot The royal 'we' being humanity. I think just as a moral rule if we're gonna raise and kill critters we should at least make use of the entire animal.

@Winenot Well it's a social thing. I grew up eating that stuff and most people didn't. I'm not going to cause people grief for being turned off by offal because it's weird and unusual. Making it 'normal' food is a bigger change for later generations.

@Winenot The goat brain and scrambled eggs tasting just like scrambled eggs and sausage. It tasted sausage with out all the fat and oils, and grease, and salt and what ever other crap they out in sausage nowadays.
Real good actually.
One of the best egg dishes I've ever had.
And this from a guy who makes home made egg custard and meringue.
