Eel is apparently not something everyone eats, but I love unagi. I’ve had escargot (meh). And don’t recall it but Pop told me I’ve had alligator and apparently liked it, as a child. The older people would put it in their gumbo. 😳

@bijouxbroussard I still want to try eel and alligator. Sushi in a place as landlocked as Alberta doesn't get too varied.
