@Beautywithin My adoptive mother was over the top. Daddy was a retired Marine. His eyes sparkled when he looked at me, and he was my best friend. I made sure there was no doubt how I felt about them with actions and words. I do the same to my kids. They most assuredly know their mother loves them. ☺
