No, really, I think many young women hope for some shortcut, to learn something from someone who has more experience in life or getting connections they otherwise wouldn't get, being introduced to the right kind of people or maybe seek a father figure or a mentor they never had. Also, older men typically aren't that hormonally driven, they tend to be more chilled out and possibly align with many women's libido much better. Unlike too many young men, older men are also often grateful to be with a young women and value them much more. And it's very noticeable.

The advantage of dating older men is that we don't have to teach them how to have sex. You would be surprised how many 30 year old men are out there who have great jobs but still live in their parent's basement and have never actually had a steady girlfriend in their life. When I was a teenager and dating teenaged guys, it wasn't a big deal to teach a boyfriend how to put on a condom. But when a guy is 30 years old and turns the light on to read the installation instructions that are printed on the cellophane wrapper, that's when a girl knows she's in trouble.

Men stay fertile potentially till death. Women want their daddy to lead them and protect them. Older men have an edge of experience. The whole thing is pretty much reptile level.
