Never. In fact Mom and Dad moved out. I still live at the house where I was born.

I didn’t want to live in an apartment so I waited until I could afford to buy a house on my own.
Meanwhile, I had been paying rent at home, and when I put the offer to buy a house, my parents returned every dollar I had given them.
It was their way of making sure I saved money and it gave me a little head start on my mortgage.

I haven’t yet, it’s tooo damn expensive in my area to move out.

I was 17, lived away working for two summers before that. Graduated high school, left for summer job then college. Never moved back home.

The summer before junior year in college. I got a good job on campus that summer and the next. I got married 2 weeks after graduation and we got an apartment 200 miles away.

When i went off to medical school, at age 21.

I was twenty four when I moved out of moms.

As soon as I graduate high school

When I was 27 - moved in with my then first ex into my first ever rented house, and because of the actions of the landlord it was really horrible.

I went to college when I was 18, but I did stay with them over breaks until 5 years later, so I was 23 when I was out for good.

When I was 19. It would have been 18, but I fucked up and got a DUI then, and I needed a place to stay and people to drive me places.

I was 16 and moved into a 3 bedroom flat with my friend and his mother. I had my own room and paid rent

At 18. Other than the first two summers of college. So 20 on the outside.

In 2013, when I moved to the UK. I was 25.
