:) we keep our distances and that keeps us friendly.
I do get along with my older brother, in spite of our experiences as kids, like the time he convinced me that there was no Santa Claus. To prove it he showed me where the toys were hidden. In spite of the time he told me to put my finger into a hot light socket; in spite of the time he had me drive a staple through my finger; in spite of the time on my very first day of school where he was to meet me after school at the front of the gym so he could show me how to get back home ... but didn't, and I had to find my own way home by trial and error.

I've always been very close with my sister. We've gone on trips together, just the two of us. I'm glad we have a good relationship, because I know many people don't with their siblings.

My older sister and I get along well. Lynn was quite close to her twin brother, who passed away a few years ago. She gets along okay with her younger sister. I think being 800 miles away from our siblings helps.

I have ONE brother, nearly 10 years older than I am. When I have visited him in the past, we got along really well, but when I moved into his vacant house in Michigan, I had hoped I would become part of his life, and that never happened. He seems to like his life VERY separate from his family.

Yes. I just came back from a trip last week to see 4 of the 5 of them (one couldn't make it) in Memphis. 😀
