If you cant climb up the side of a building then its probably anxiety

With PTSD, you don't...It's always condition yellow with your hand on a weapon. (I was adopted and raised by a Marine who saved me from a horrible fate.) 😉

@Nimbus for years it was. They saved me when I was 11, the abuse started when I was 5-6

For me it's anxiety if I experience one or more of the following:

Abnormaly dry mouth
Blurred vision
Increased heart-rate
Feeling like my insides are freezing over
Losing the ability to speak
Feeling like there's a massive lump in my stomach
Inability to concentrate/focus

Spider-senses: uneasy feeling in my gut. Not pain or discomfort, just uneasy.

Spidey sense warns Spiderman of real danger, anxiety is stress and fear for an imagined or nonexistent reason.

@AbbeyRhode I don't get anxiety because of non-existent reasons! And it's differently not imagined either!! Mine is for a very real reason that I can't control
