Not sure, that's a hard one for me too.

I can find it only sporadically now. Most things are merely a bandaid or temporary fix. Things I am passionate about help, e.g., gardening, mountain biking, being in nature.

Take time to yourself and find your center again. Rest. I now that's hard for a lot of folks tho. Maybe find a new hobby that brings you joy
