Happiness is such a short term state of mind that it is barely worth pursuing.. Being content is way more rewarding over a much longer period of time..

As for being well.. I am mostly well until i get hit with a sickness or some other accident type situation..

So i am usually Well and Content in my life..

Oh it's been a while. Happy? Yes. Well? sometimes. Both at the same time is a tremendous blessing.

Lately I feel well a lot, maybe rather content than happy but it's fine too. I feel bliss.
