My first recommendation is to switch to a high protein diet.
Then I would work with weights that are comfortable, nothing too heavy.
You should see a noticeable difference in 3 to 6 months.
Also, nice bulge!

Thanks but my stomach is out of control and my chest is soft,, I have a small gym in my apartment complex but I’m always procrastinating on getting in there.
I felt like if I put this out there I might get some encouragement..
I appreciate your comment although I don’t really agree 😂 but observations like that make me hopeful for what I might look like if I actually put some effort into it

Maybe put on some pants, shirt, running shoes and go on a run. Do 100 situps 100 pushups 30 chin ups 30 pull ups 50 dips 50 lunges 50 squats.
