It is, and though I am no longer very strong nor supple and ought shed a pound or two, I keep reasonably fit generally.

I don't use gyms etc though. I exercise mainly by walking and by active hobbies that also keep my mind alive.

I've never smoked, either.

@ArishMell The best way is to exercise outside in the fresh air. It's the best way to take care of your health. You're so good

Men benefit more from stretches because we are less flexible.
Women benefit more from strength training because they are less strong.
But both tend to play to their strengths; men lift more and women stretch more. We'd be better off doing things the other way around.
