Light workout today, couldn’t concentrate because my phone kept ringing 😒 Even on my day off I can’t be left alone 😭
On another note this diet/ exercise routine is no joke but I’m glad I’m finding the confidence to go out and feel better about what I look like. Progress little by little 🌻 💪🏻
