Past me was an idiot!

I said to my friend yesterday I feel great after our workout the day before. She was telling me her legs were killing her from the squats and I must have strong legs. I went to bed feeling slightly superior and have woken up slightly unable to walk. Damn squats

Thats the drawback/benefit of trying to compete at the gym. Takes you to your limits and you pay the next day.

I use on alternate days, a treadmill and an elliptical, and an Ab roller.

@Notladylike that would be great. I used to do laps early mornings in our community pool, until i tire a rotator cuff!
Some people feel the pain right after the workout. I too typically have a delay on the strain effects from exertion.

@Justenjoyit obviously my pt is not getting me to do just one exercise 😂. Did push ups, planks and weights.
