I’m so lazy lately, but I think the most important thing is actually just making it a priority in your life to set a routine for walks or gym time.

@SweetNSassy let's get unlazy together lol

Definitely start slow
Start with a walk
Them go for a brisk walk
Then hit the hills
Then you can start running
If days i cant be bothered i walk on the spot. After a while i end up jogging..then i end up doing a full work out lol.
I hope you get there x

I stick with it as a stress reliever. Put on headphones zone out to music. Gradually add in a few minutes of body resistant exercises at the end of your walk

Allocate 20 minutes a day to begin.
5 minutes of light stretching and 15 of light cardio like walking.
Do that 2 days on 1 off for 9 days then go to phase 2.

I start with daily walks and daily gentle stretches. It helps a LOT when you want to graduate to more intensive workouts.

Start slow find something you enjoy and build from there! Some movement is better than none!

If you can in your home, play music you like to groove to and dance. It's really good for your body, and fun.

Start slow. If you made too extreme you gonna worn out and quit when it gets harder.

Always start slow. The main cause (in my experience) behind people failing to stick to exercise plans is starting too big and quitting when it gets tough.
Exercise should be simple, regular, and test your limits just enough to force improvement.
