Exercise: Best ways to get started...

Not the best exercise, but what's the best way to get started to stick with exercise?


I'm thinking start slow, with just walking and build up from there...

Always start slow. The main cause (in my experience) behind people failing to stick to exercise plans is starting too big and quitting when it gets tough.

Exercise should be simple, regular, and test your limits just enough to force improvement.
