Please tell me a story that will surely bring a smile to my face.

I will tell you a short story about courage:

One evening as Lila lay in her hospital bed dying from a rare disease doctors were talking to her brother. The doctors explained that his blood contained antibodies that can save his sisters life and asked if he was willing to give his blood to Lila. He said, I will do it if it will save her life.

As the blood transfusion was taking place and everyone was smiling, young Timothy grew sad and asked the doctor if he would die quickly.

You see, Timothy was young and didn't understand that Lila didn't need all his blood but just needed a little bit so she could get the antibodies too.

Both Timothy and Lila are doing fine today.

My first date in public, be it an alternative bar.
I was so so nervous at my first date.
Paronoid about my make up, it was hot.
I went again to check it and went for a pee.
Checking make up yet again I left the ladies.
And walked right through the bar with my floaty dress tucked into the back of my knickers, showing stocking tops and suspender belt.
A girl wispered in my ear, I could have died!

Once I asked someone to add me as a friend, he didn't. Instead, he started to get to know me, and when he decided to add me after knowing me, I knew that it meant something to him...

I love him so much and he is one of my dearest friends.

Last week, a couple from Germany that bought my husband's deceased friends' Borgward car made a special trip to see where the former owner had lived & where the car had been stored. The German car club (7 Borgward's)made a USA cross country trip, via Route 66, ending in Santa Barbara, California. We had a wonderful visit. On the day they left for Santa Barbara, the woman complimented me on a bejeweled, costume jewelry eyeglass holder I always wear to hold my reading glasses. I asked her if she liked it & would she wear it. She nodded. I took it off & placed it to her. Her eyes got misty & was so touched by my gesture. You would have thought I had given her the Hope Diamond! I'm happy to know that we met & got to spend time getting to know each other, language barrier & all

I was walking my dogs when we came upon a group of kids. The oldest one was a girl who had seen me and my dogs for years. She got down on one knee and called my older dog, who walked up to her and licked her face.
A little boy who was only a few years old saw this and said “Ewww....you kissed a girl!”. 😊

There once was a boy named jack he got aids and died

I thought this was very sweet:

K, at a wedding last w/end we had a great time an at the post wedding booze up, I wore my brand new jumpsuit, it was a cute floral print that looked like a short dress.

I looked fab in it, I must say.
After a while I needed a pee.

No one told me that you had to undress to pee wearing a jumpsuit. Have u ever tried to get out of a jumpsuit in a ladies cubicle.
I nearly peed my knickers fighting this thing.

Finally when I returned my gf n another friend sat giggling.

Now I know why jumpsuits are stupid a nd girls don't wear them!

Last weekend, my 84 year old mother wore the “Black Lives Matter” sweatshirt that my niece had given her, to the pharmacy. While she was waiting in line a group of teenagers were staring at her, nudging each other and whispering.
Mom asked, “Can I help you ?”
One of the girls said, “Can we hug you ?”
Mom held out her arms and they all hugged her.

My uncle asked if there are penguins here in the Philippines. "None. It's too hot they can't survive here.. uncle: oh! I guess i just hit a nun.

Every day a wild turtle dove sits on the kitchen windowsill and coo for food.

I just found 10 dollars inside my left pocket
