It's very individual. I had been wearing glasses for many years but when I got a new prescription + anti-blue light filter, I couldn't get used to it for months. Prescription itself was an instant relief but the filter sat incredibly wrong with me. I actually got another pair without the filter about a month later that because it was just horrible to me. Now I'm used to them but it took so long...
I think it depends on the strength? One to two days, if your prescription is weak. It can take weeks for stronger prescriptions.
I remember when my mother first got bi-focals it took awhile for her to adjust and she complained of nausea, headaches and dizziness.

I don't remember my first one. But the two other times the prescription changed they hurt constantly that I gave up wearing them.

I got used to mine within a couple weeks. I didn't get headaches but one angle looked further or more magnified when I looked in that part of my glasses. Within a couple weeks I didn't notice it anymore.

I made a mistake of getting a pair of glasses with the frames that were wider than the older ones and narrower from top to bottom. I got nauseated walking down the hallways where I worked. The carpets were variegated in one color. Every day I wore those new glasses I felt like I was coming down with the flu and had to stop wearing them. I wore my old glasses again and felt fine at work.
