Apart from the obvious what did you hate about lockdown?

People who only messaged through desperation, there was also some people who developed a hoe phase. Unfortunately I was one of the people who nearly got used. I was lucky I didn't succumb. There was also the guy who lined me up with 3 others to help him lose his virginity.

Not being able to get groceries late at night instead of during the day.

@NerdyPotato i remember it being empty and eerie at the start..
@PaleandPolluted yes, it took a little tune to get used to it, but I ended up liking that.
Ducky · 31-35, F
Nothing really. It was a dream come true for introverts like me.
PaleandPolluted · 36-40, F
@Ducky same

I missed the companionship of my friends in our band, going to theater and travelling!

@samueltyler2 i dont know what id call them.. they are people i see sometimes but dont have a lot to do with.. i barely talk to anyone from the real world.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@PaleandPolluted maybe acquaintances? why do you not see or talk to people in the RW?
PaleandPolluted · 36-40, F
@samueltyler2 they dont live close and most are married. Not that close emotionally either.

Unlike every other year, that March to May period was the sunniest I could remember. And I was forced to stay within half a kilometer from my house. 😪

Otherwise, it wasn't actually too bad. Lots of online poker (no real money involved), group calls or videocalls with my friends, no f*cking tourists in Venice (something I couldn't even imagine possible before) and the lagoon crystal clear (same). Two months of essentially unpaid leave was the only thing that I wasn't too happy about, but thankfully I wasn't broke, and mentally I've benefited from nearly two months break
Going out for the first time after I finished my first isolation and seeing the main road dead... it felt so eerie and otherworldly - yet, we hadn't yet entered national lockdown.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
We didn't have any real lockdowns, just blackmailing tactics to force people to get tested or vaccinated.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@CrazyMusicLover Lucky, you've skipped the old ladies screaming at you from the window.

"But I'm going to work, ma'am!"
- "Let's see the badge then!"

(Almost 😅)

In America is was unconstitutional and pointless as history has proven, which is why it was continued in blue states as long as possible.
People going insane and unable to stay in place for even three days.

Businesses not being open
Harmonium1923 · 51-55, M
Wait, why did he need you + 3 other women to help him lose his virginity?
PaleandPolluted · 36-40, F
@Harmonium1923 he had us lined up as potentials. He focused on me for a bit. Ignored me then focused on me again when the time came near that we'd be in the same place.
Harmonium1923 · 51-55, M
@PaleandPolluted I thought he wanted three witnesses, LOL
ViciDraco · 41-45, M
Lockdown didn't affect my life too much. It's mostly the supply chain havoc that bothered me.
