Summer is here. The Corona virus is fading. How do you see your your summer unfolding?

What are your plans? What do you want to do? How will this virus affect your plans for the summer?

We are in a second peak worst than the first one...
@Stereoguy reopening everything too early... high population and careless people... but mostly bad economy...people have to work..

@Stereoguy

Amen!!!
☹️ Just lost someone to the virus. So I am gonna continue staying away from people as much as I can.

@DukeOfEarle @Stereoguy Thank you. Just makes you realize all the more how short life is. The worse part is the husband doesn't even know. He has Alzheimer's and is in a home, she was still living at home by herself. ☹️

Can't plan anything until the 'All clear'. No matter what they say.

Highly infectious pockets all over the country. Infected and dying numbers hardly 'stable' and we're in June already.

@Stereoguy I always worry I'm going to bring something nasty back with me.
Just wish the bloody weather would stabilise and be either warm or cold consistently.

I’m hoping that the government opens up more to the public. I’m hoping my kids can start playing competitive team sports again....

I’m hoping there is more normalcy....
@TexChik both times were for sports... but we’ve talked about visiting again. San Antonio...Austin.

The people, food, scenery, weather... will bring us back one day.

A good friend of mine here on sw lives in the state...another reason to come back.

@submissivelittlewoman Austin is beautiful , 6th street is cool . Texas is a pretty state
@TexChik it truly is...🙂

I'll spend mine hiking, kayaking and fishing. I can stay away from others for a while longer.

Corona virus is not fading where I am. I'll be spending time away from people still.

@Stereoguy Yeah. We're having protests there anyway. Lots of close contact and too many people not wearing masks. They are expecting the virus to get worse because of it. Normally Asheville is a great vacay spot. Not much opened yet anyway

I have Giant Meteor for November [image deleted] @TheOneyouwerewarnedabout
I also have mega tsunami for July [image deleted]@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout
@DukeOfEarle its an open market boys.. even money :)
It's not fading in fact they expect a summer resurgence of Corona virus cases and then an even bigger one in the fall
So I have to stay inside all year drinkin’ till they come up with a vaccine!? I’ll be pickled by then! @ExperienceDLT

It's actually evolving, becoming asymptomatic for longer to counter self isolation, an evolution which also militates against track and trace. The places with the strictest social distancing will find themselves against mutations that infect at longer distances. There's ultimately no escape except for an eventual vaccine by which time poverty will bring its own excess mortality. Best we can hope for is that hospitalisation comes in ripples rather than tsunami.
Until the lockdown don’t finish 😂 can’t make the plan but I would like to go and see my family 🥺

Hi! Haha! Probably a lot of ATV riding, trampoline jumping, pool swimming, reading, bonfires, some video game playing and I’m really hoping for a camping trip! REALLY hoping you can make some amazing summer memories as well!

@Stereoguy We’ve just been chatting about that, but there’s always hope to have some sort of amazing adventure. We need to brainstorm safe ways to make it awesome for both of you. 🤔
