"Unexplained causes" means just that - they have not found why an otherwise-fit, apparently fully-healthy person has had a fatal heart attacks; and that she is not only one to whom this happened.
I do not know the reasons and nor do you unless you a research cardiac specialist - which I am not - so it is not our place to make cheap speculation or worse, supposed conclusions; about tragic incidents we know nowt about.

I know Walter is fervently anti-vaccination. Whether that makes him "pro-pandemic" or he does not care about those seriously or fatally ill from the disease, I cannot say; but it is that "unknown causes" I picked up.
@WalterF "Fact checkers" pre-date Covid even if the phrase might not. I think that actually came from the febrile rhubarb surrounding recent years' American domestic politics, and from a steep rise in wilfully false blogs etc. on many topics.
5 members of my family have issues because of the vaccine. My mum was rushed to hospital with heart abnormalities and abnormal heart rhythm since her vaccine. Her doctor said not to get any more!!
@Fairydust When the vaxes first came out one of the ladies that worked for me rushed out to get hers. The next day she phoned in sick. She had shingles. A few weeks later her husband got the shot. He was unable to work a day later because he had uncontrollable tremors. He thought it was Parkinson.

There's no way to prove whether current issues people have were caused by covid, vaccine or some bizarre methods people came up with to treat themselves with or use as prevention (if nobody knew they used them, of course).

I've been doing heart tests following up from my work medical in sept. Interesting that *none* of the places I'm linked up with for these tests are asking me anything about my Covid jab status. Did echo cardiogram today - stress test ecg a couple of weeks ago. I think it's just 'presumed' now that every adult is jabbed.
@Wiseacre And there is a very important distinction nobody talks about - people who die *from* covid and people who die *with* covid - the two are vastly different. The first is where there's a direct connection between covid and failure of body systems causing death. The second is where a person was covid-positive at time of death but covid is not or can not be implicated as a causal factor. Most people who 'get' covid recover without any medical intervention required and this fact is largely ignored by the Big Pharma etc. industry since if most of the world population didn't get Covid jabs most of the world population would still be alive and well regardless of the presence of Covid in human groups. This would nullify the basis for global p(l)andemic mrna drug experiments.
