I suffer vertigo and nothing seems to help..i just have to wait for it to pass

There are some maneuvers I found helped somewhat sometimes . My ENT showed them to me . Bit hard to explain but you might try a Phisio therapist . They also can do the maneuvers with your head .

@HellsBelle I take meclizine which is very similar Dramamine, but Ill jave to look into the bracelets, thanks!

@Coralmist and the motion sickness oil! my friend had tried the rest but it didnt help so he asked me for a bit of my oil. and it helped more than the rest. supposedly dizziness and vertigo come from fluid in the ear being messed up....so ointments by the ear really help
