Without drugs or alcohol, what is the best way to escape reality?

By showing self expression.
Talking to people.
Focusing on your good qualities.
Meditating.
Trying new things.
And exploring.

I like to hook up my little rv and hide in the mountains for a few days. Take my dogs, some coffee a book and just forget the rest.

Long drives, good music.

Time out in nature.

Talking with a good buddy.

Working with your hands.

Helping others...focusing on something greater than yourself.

I prefer the real reality. Nature and animals. Quiet. A pen and notebook to write or draw and I'm good.

I like playing guitar..I'm not great at it but definitely it helps to escape reality for a bit xD

You don't escape reality....you just find a more pleasant one. For me, that involves listening to good music and spending time with my dogs.
