How do you get extra protein in your diet? Please don't say cum.

I got 50+ grams in for breakfast.

I've been trying to pack it in as I tend to be a very light, elvish type eater.

I don't think I'm doing my organs, my energy and my potential strength service by eating kale and avocado.

I will not eat red meat though, and pea protein makes me explode with farts.

Protein powder? Shakes can be easier if you don't care for food.

@Nadie I do have protein powder, just doesn't feel like it sticks to me. So I've been adding an egg, cottage cheese and Ezekiel toast sandwich.

It feels like so much food but I do feel better when it's mostly protein.

Soy milk with lunch and dinner helps. (Dairy milk would also be good.) Is there a reason why you need such a large amount of protein?

@BlueVeins I am just trying everything for chronic pain so I don't lose myself. Haven't given high protein a try yet but I definitely feel more satisfied and energized when I load up on it.

We use a pineapple flavored protein powder that mixes relatively clear with water. Dymatize I think.

Outside of that, yeah a lot of meat, eggs, and fish.

@BillyMack do you feel the protein drinks give you real protein though? It just doesn't stick to me.

@ScreamingFox not sure. I know I feel better when I manage that right instead of starting the day off with carbs.
