@GabbySA8 Don't knock it if you haven't tried it, if you fry the steak in a pan with butter and olive oil, garlic, onion, red pepper, white pepper, black pepper, coriander, rosemary, and oregano, and season the Alfredo with all the same things plus basil, cook the stake rare in the pan, then dip it in Alfredo, roll it in Parmesan, dip in Alfredo again and then roll in Parmesan again and bake until the crust gets the right texture and then serve with Alfredo sauce to dip it in, the mouths of the people will water, and they may not speak
