They say you shouldn't eat after 7pm so maybe that is the cause.
HiFiRaver · 18-21, M
@Thevy29 I try not to, but sometimes I do eat late. I'll see if stopping that for good makes a difference.

I never used to eat breakfast during the week until I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes about 8 years ago - I have to have food now with my meds. I'd rather not eat until Brunch-time but just something light does me until lunchtime....

@ArtieKat It sucks having to eat with medication in the morning. I'm supposed to eat before taking my blood pressure medication and have just decided not to, but I bet with diabetes medication you absolutely have to. Good point about just eating a light meal though, it doesn't have to be a feast.

I think the idea of breakfast is misguided. In my opinion it doesn't really matter when you eat it, I think what matters is that you eat it when you get hungry instead of waiting until dinner in the evening. I don't really believe we have to eat 3 times a day, 2 is enough for people who don't do any crazy physical activities.

In the mornings I usually get a nice spoonful of organic peanut butter and eat it.
Nice protein that can hold me until lunch time.

Yeah I usually don't have much appetite first thing in a morning once I start moving around then I'm hungry like an hour or so later.

I am almost never hungry first thing in the morning. However, sometimes I can force myself to eat a Larabar.

I am. Breakfast is usually my largest meal of the day.
At least you’re making healthy choices
