How to lose fat quick

How can i lose fat quick?

Is it mostly diet or exercise like cardio

will bodyweight exercises like pushups and squats get me fit?

Don't cut anything out of your diet. Just add in a lot of high protein foods (1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight), eat 8 servings of veggies every day. Lift weights 4 days a week (doesn't have to be a long intense workout, focus on barbell movements) and walk for at least 30 minutes every day. Stick to that for ONE YEAR. Its not complicated but takes dedication.




Also yes, I am not following my own advice.

Exercise when you get up in the morning before you eat anything.With no fresh energy supply you will burn bodyfat.Do not eat takeaway or junk foods and watch out for sugar loaded drinks.

in my experience, diet works faster, but as someone else pointed out, both diet AND exercise will get you there quicker.

Whatever you do it’s better to be able to do it the rest of your life because diet hopping has its own problems and they compound the more you switch.

I don’t think weights are necessarily super helpful for weight loss on their own. Gonna need that cardio!

I have no idea how does your body work but I lost it through diet when I was sick. My experience is that if you won't change your diet you won't lose fat quick, you'll just start gradually build muscles underneath it.

Exercise will get you fit but it won't make you lose fat quick unless you exercise like an Olympic rower. In fact for most of us ordinary non-obsessive people the only way to lose weight is to eat less.

Not cardio , no one loses weight on cardio . A sensible diet , incremental fasting , and walking , lifting, or riding a bike for 30-45 mins every day will burn fat .

Diet and exercise is the best route.
Add strength training to your workout (low repetition, moderate sets, heavy weights) as this increases resting calorie burn.
Keto, weights, wisdom and persistence.
Exercise before food intake.
Keto to burm fat not glucose.
And weights to gain muscle mass that burns fat even at rest .
Diet, but sensible and not cutting anything your body needs (carbs), then moderate exercise.
