There are times when it's not just role playing.
I was raised in a house of abusive narcissists and when you're a minor for 18 years and have no legal escape (at least not back when I was a child), one learns to be a very good (academy award winning) actor just to survive... it IS AUTHENTIC acting. If it wasn't, you reaped the horrors of just role paying.

Depends on the role play type. Sometimes it might be hard to find a role play partner. It seems that everyone might role play as far as the way they present their text a different way. I have done some different styles of role play. I have done many different scenarios. However the most fun is when you role play in real life.
