I don't believe there should be a rule on age gaps, as long as you're both consenting adult's and you both have each other's back , it is no one else's situation to interfere with, a lot of people are very narrow minded.

I like a minimum of 15 years. There’s no real maximum. Depends on the maturity level. It’s hard for somebody in their teens and 20s to relate to somebody with a family or perhaps in the middle of our career. So it takes a special type

Plenty make gaps of even 20-30 years work fine.

Hard to have a rule on that, sometimes two people who are just right for each other might not have the ideal age gap, would be a shame to pass that up for the just right age gap and end up with two people who were sort of right for each other rather than just right.
