What if the British had won the American War of Independence ?

America would be a prisoner colony,like Australia.

There would be no American football, no American politics, no Hollywood . . . you know, maybe you guys should try again. 😁

We'd be speaking with a British accent and drinking tea.

Maybe we could have saved the British car and motorcycle industry,

when we left off in the battle, it was taxation without representation. and it would have continued.

The U.S. would now be part of Canada.

They wouldn't have had to wait till 2016 to get an Emperor.

Then the United States of America would be part of The British Commonwealth of Nations. As I mention this, I can almost imagine the American flag a Union Jack where the stars should be.

I think we eventually, perhaps gradually but peacefully, would become an independent country the way Canada did.

Good question , no way to know . The British empire Would have lasted longer . The Nazis would have been crushed In a year.
