Where's the best place to hide in the USA if you are on the run from the FBI ?

@PatKirby This and the bedbugs and lice that are being found at the libraries due to transients hanging out during cold, hot or rainy weather all day. There is a young woman who volunteered at the biggest food & shelter place here and also the main library and she said this. She said they were having to disinfect every surface they touched daily and knew about the serious & contagious diseases some of the had because she was volunteering at the shelter too… things like MRSA and hepatitis.
