U.K. election voting options.

Tories - They don’t care about you and no idea how to run a country but will make themselves rich and buy titles.

Labour - They don’t care about you and no idea how to run a country but will say positive progressive and inclusive things on TV.

Reform - They don’t care about you and no idea how to run a country and will send away all skilled foreign immigrants.

Lib Dem’s - They don’t care about you and no idea how to run a country and will just borrow a few policies from the Tories and Labour to appear centrist.

Greens - They don’t care about you and no idea how to run a country but might cut or carbon emissions, maybe, if you squint at the numbers.

Independents- They know how to run the town they grew up in and nothing else.

Happy voting, peeps.

About sums it up
Lhayezee · 26-30, F
You forgot:

SDP - no one cares about them
Lhayezee · 26-30, F
@Longpatrol Is that even crazy enough? Count Binface wants to nationalise Adele....
Longpatrol · 31-35, M
@Lhayezee I will Nationalise Nigel Farage, make him public property if you know what I mean...he'll want Assxit before long
@Lhayezee If you dig really deep, there is some mention of the monster raving loony party... Just not much of it.

If people want an alternate? Well that sucks.

Five years ago, Jeremy Corbyn was leader of the labour party and they had transformative leftwing policies. That option was comprehensively rejected by the British electorate. Sometimes, we get the politicians we deserve

@Burnley123 Nail head hit, yet again, in a manner far more succinct than I could express myself.
Right now I'm struggling to come to terms with the number of otherwise decent, caring acquaintances I have, who, fed up with 14 years Tory cnutery are now pledging support for a party even higher in the cnuty stakes. It honestly feels like one on those films where one by one, allies of the good guy become infected with the enemy, and lose their minds to the servitude of their (eventual) oppressor.

I am thinking of running, I will be posting my manifesto on SW.
Morvoren · F
@AndysAttic Go for it. You couldn’t be any worse.
Flossie · 36-40, F
@AndysAttic we need someone highly intelligent like you to run this country. You have my vote.
Aami1 · 26-30, F
It's almost as if other people can't create the life you want for you. Even if you call them "government". If you want something in life, you need to go and get it. The government can't and shouldn't exist to force people to use their resources in a way you want. You create the world you want. And with the excess of labour you should be able to produce in a low tax society if you are productive, you can "redistribute" however you see fit.
Morvoren · F
@Aami1 You’ve misread this post.
Aami1 · 26-30, F
@Morvoren Not really. Learn to process things past complaining about what you can't control instead of taking responsibility.
Flossie · 36-40, F
What about Captain Beany? He could ge good for our defence
Northwest · M
Cool. The colonies are preoccupied, especially on this July 4.
Mikeawesome1986 · 36-40, M
Such great choices.
Morvoren · F
For me its better the devil you know.
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
Welcome to democracy.
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
More interesting alternatives have been proposed over the years and rejected by electorate. The manifestos reflect what each party feels its constituency can stomach. If the options seem limited, this reflects more on the nation than its politicians.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
Labour doesn't even say positive or progressive things on TV.

They wouldn't mean it if they did but they don't say it either

So as usual, you choose the lesser evil..😷
