Do you think Putin will admit defeat? or will he bomb everybody to fulfill his childhood promise to a separatist leader instead

gol979 · 41-45, M
How strange theres a war going on but vastly disparate views. My understanding is that russia has control in a military sense

So much propaganda coming from both sides. All is not as it seems
helenS · 36-40, F
The current population of the Russian Federation is 146,061,901 as of Monday, July 18, 2022, based on Worldometer. So there are roughly 70 million men, and about 15 million men in the relevant age range 20–35.
That's a lot of biomass which he can throw into the meat grinder, wave after wave, until all resistance in Ukraine is suffocated. Why would he have to admit defeat please?
CharlesRomsey · 61-69, M
@helenS The brutal truth. Wait till he sends in the Cossacks. We ain't seen nothing yet.
deadgerbil · 26-30
He won't admit defeat. His ego is way too big to admit that he dragged his country into a baseless war that cost so many of his own people their lives. What was once seen as the second most powerful military in the world is revealed to be totally unorganized, corrupt, and outdated. Even if Russia wins in the long run, this embarrassing performance is a defeat in and of itself
LegendofPeza · 56-60, M
@deadgerbil The damage he's likely to inflict before he realises this was a strategic disaster however is incalculable. And it will be likely be made even worse once this realisation turns to vengeance.

Putin and zelensky both members of the WEF.

And what do the WEF want….

Nothing is what it seems.
gol979 · 41-45, M
@Fairydust another "lone nut" lol
LegendofPeza · 56-60, M
@Fairydust @gol979 I think the Mark Chapman story is pretty well known and , to my knowledge , no-one has ever suggested (until today that is ) that he was part of some conspiracy or cover-up or whatever.
Fairydust · F
@LegendofPeza do you not question it? Many have been killed or “commited” suicide, anyone that speaks out that’s famous are at risk. Issac kappy said he wasn’t suicidal and he apparently jumped off a bridge. Exposing Hollywood.

John McAfee also died from suicide “apparently” too! He also said he’s not suicidal.
He had a tattoo saying swacked.

Epstein, no camera about.

scientists get murdered.

JFK by Lee Harvey Oswald , Fake it was an inside job.

Shootings in America, like crazy loners, they want your guns. So I’m sure there will be more to come.
Criminals run the show.

He will keep at it.

I don't even follow the war. I just have to look into the reality of decreasing supplies elsewhere that were partially dependent on RUssian government. . It suggests they are still milking resources into their war machine.
Ontheroad · M
He would never admit defeat. Narcissists can't admit they have failed. There is no victory for him in this war. Even though it is likely his military will take and keep at least part of the Ukraine, he has already lost.

He has proven beyond any doubt Russia is a third rate military power. That, going forward, plus the economic damage they are suffering, is a major loss for him and his country.
gol979 · 41-45, M
@Ontheroad "even though russia have completed their military goals they have still lost. Even though the ruble is high, they are suffering economically"

This "war" seems to be a financial tool and excuse for east and west. HOW many billions given to ukraine for war? Wonder what celeb/political puppet will appear in war torn ukraine this week?
Ingwe · F
He wants the world to turn against the USA
the more he stays on course
and proves his power
the more countries will allign with him
helenS · 36-40, F
@Ingwe Actually the outcome of his horrible crimes is the opposite of what he had hoped for: (a) more countries are becoming NATO members; (b) NATO, called "brain dead" in 2019 by French président Macron, is more united than ever; (c) almost all Western countries see Russia as "the enemy" now, which was not the case 2 years ago. Germany, for example, which was essentially demilitarized in 2020, is going to spend $100,000,000,000 (yes, one hundred billions) on new military equipment.
(I'd line to thank [@Kenpal1] for correcting my false number of German spendings.)
Khenpal1 · M
@helenS not one billion , 100 Billions
helenS · 36-40, F
@Khenpal1 Thank you – I updated my response. 🌷
