Why are Moscow's streets so clean?

@rrraksamam I would say so because Florida is extremely clean and well kept (modern) in comparison to other states

@DffrntDrmmr True but it's partly artificial. I wish my folk had the mindset of the Japanese in keeping the city clean instead of relying on cleaners.

@Longpatrol The Japanese are a wonderful people and culture. I'd love to visit.

Singapore is reknowned for modernity and efficiency. Even if well-managed, some of those Japanese traits must be in common.

@lumberjackslam India is notoriously trashy everywhere. The streets, the waters... why is that? Moscow, on the other hand, is known for its clean streets. In the old days, babushkas would go out with their own brooms and sweep it clean. A cultural thing?
