You might want to remember Trump refused to take the stand in a case he claims had no truth to it. All the people who gave evidence against him, didn’t seem to have a problem with taking the oath. And they had the evidence to back it up.

The whole trial was a Dem backed plot to remove him from the running. But as is common with conspiracy theorists, you refuse to show any evidence for your claims and ignore the evidence against them. Congress should be passing laws but when they fail to govern, the president can write an executive order to end gridlock on an issue...but again, is subject to challenge. There was a border bill ready to be passed and sent to Biden, but the Orange Messiah told his party members to tank it. Naturally if a border bill were passed, it could no longer be used as a campaign wedge issue.
