Biden's using his executive order to close the border to asylum seekers. Sounds illegal but typically American. It's time to address that.

@Roundandroundwego EO's can be challenged in the courts.
Congress should be passing laws but when they fail to govern, the president can write an executive order to end gridlock on an issue...but again, is subject to challenge.
There was a border bill ready to be passed and sent to Biden, but the Orange Messiah told his party members to tank it. Naturally if a border bill were passed, it could no longer be used as a campaign wedge issue.
