It seems to me that you have left out critical details in your post. For example, defendants are always cautioned to not take the stand. As a former president, Trump’s testimony could damage the country if the wrong questions were asked. Those questions may not have anything to do with the case.
In all cases but this one, the general public leaves those decisions to the defense team. There really should be no criticism of the defense team.
In the case of the others who gave testimony, they are serial liars and blackmailers. A better question would be why have no charges been brought against these people? Isn’t blackmail a serious crime? Isn’t stealing over sixty thousand dollars a serious crime? Why do you pretend to have any respect for these people and the criminal court system that does not prosecute them?
I really think you should be ashamed. Your candidate can’t speak a simple sentence or walk across a room. At this point he has no capacity to run the country. Who will actually run the country if bidumb is elected?
You come across as very haughty, but these are important questions that you people need to address with the people of this country.

Trump was convicted for what he did, not for what you think other did.
The trial was about him, no one else. Not “my candidate” you seem to think ignoring his crimes somehow is fair. That’s not the way it’s supposed to work.

Something you’re overlooking. The trail was about crimes committed before Trump became president. They are not related to his term in office , and any information beyond the scope of those charges would be off limits to the prosecution. And it’s very unlikely they would ask anything that would compromise national security.
The reality which you are trying to avoid is, Trump was convicted . Not for what other people did, but for what he did. And they did it right. The evidence was there, and the witnesses were credible. You might not like it, but you haven’t come up with anything that refutes it. Trump will no doubt appeal it, but he’s going to need something more than blaming it on Biden.

There are no laws stopping anyone from prosecuting a citizen for a crime.
If a felon can run for president, he can still be charged. He isn’t back in office yet.

A grand jury certainly didn’t think so, with access to a massive trove of evidence. But I wouldn’t expect anything less than utter denial from members of Cult 45. Speaking of which, at least one of the jurors was active on Truth Social. Rather than holding out and creating a hung jury, he/she followed the evidence and voted to convict, because there was that much of it.
