I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth, and in all things visible and invisible.

I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.

For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.

Now...all that being memorized from my childhood, I have discovered since that the Emperor of Rome, Constantine, in the year 325 AD, officially declared that Jesus the Christ was a God. And the Nicene Creed, above, was written in the SAME YEAR.

I believe 100% in Christ as Savior. The word Christian describes one who follows Christ. Christianity is based on the person and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, HIS beliefs and practices.

Pfuzylogic · M
I believe in Jesus as the Messiah.

Partly not entirely like even according to the bible 6 out of 7 churches aren't doing what they are supposed to be 😏 also i'm a protestant and anti catholic which is a roman idol worshipers construct who rebranded their pagan preexisting idols to pass them off as christian saints 😏

@YoMomma Boom. I agree.

Its classed as Magical Afterlife (irrational optimism). I'm for Natural Afterlife (rational optimism).
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M

I WANT to, but if humans are God's greatest creation, I'm not impressed.

@RoguishEyes We're not all terrible lol. There is good too.
I believe it exists, but I don't follow it.
AbbeyRhode · F
I believe it exists, but I put my faith in Christ.
Wallflow3r · 31-35, F
I believe in the moral and values of Christianity but not Jesus, the Holy Spirit or God.
@Wallflow3r What moral values? Woke Jesus or Republican Jesus?
Wallflow3r · 31-35, F
@LeopoldBloom pizza Jesus
val70 · 51-55
Yes Robot, how about you?
meJess · F
Does it make you cross?
ViciDraco · 41-45, M
@meJess can you imagine if he was real and he comes back and he sees a bunch of people have turned the instrument of his torture and murder into an idol of worship? I think he would be pretty cross about that.
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
I believe there is a religion called Christianity, yes.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
It exists, so I believe in it that far, but not in its supernatural tenets.
Bumbles · 51-55, M
Some interesting ideas and wild origin myth. B+
I believe Christianity exists. But I haven't seen any evidence that it's true.
Ferise1 · 46-50, M
@LeopoldBloom yeah that’s what they mean when they say believe in it…🙄
Musicman · 61-69, M
Absolutely!
ViciDraco · 41-45, M
I believe that Christianity exists. I stopped believing Christianity was an accurate world view almost twenty years ago.

@Thodsis I get the feeling whoever used the robot to post this question is kicking themselves for their choice of phrasing about now.
Thodsis · 51-55, M
@LordShadowfire It's the ambiguity of the phrase 'believe in' that results in the piss-taking. :)
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
What do you mean, do I believe in it? It exists as a religion. I run afoul of Christians online all the time.
Thrust · 56-60, M
Well since there are about 1.5 billion Chistians prancing around, it's pretty ludicrous to say it doesn't exist. Like arguing the sun doesn't exist

Reword the question
@Thrust Sadly there is nowhere near 1.5 Billion saved people. Nominal "Christians" sure.
@BritishFailedAesthetic Got it. Christianity is true because it's popular, but 99.99% of them are doing it wrong.

Who made you the arbiter of which people are "saved," anyway?
@LeopoldBloom I'm not and can never be the arbiter. God's word is.
