Why do people that hurt children exist?

I'd like to quote Agent Mulder from The X Files about a serial killer:

"At the age of six, Luther Boggs slaughtered every pet animal in his housing project. When he was thirty he strangled five family members over Thanksgiving dinner and then sat down to watch the fourth quarter of the Detroit-Green Bay game. Some killers are products of society, some act out past abuses. Boggs kills because he likes it."

I know he doesn't mention child abusers specifically but I think the same goes for them...

I wonder that..a lot. I dealt with chaos and threats and mental ridicule daily. I know it is due to a condition my parent has ...flips into RAGE on a dime. Told me things that were abhorrent about myself. But I know now it was due to something that was beyond their control..most days. But why life would create these dynamics at all?? I cannot understand.

There is a lot of evil in the world

I truly believe that they are demon-possessed,…at some point in their lives have opened a portal to allow demons to enter.

The largest and wealthiest business on earth protects them from prosecution. If they get caught they just ask Jesus for forgiveness and all is well. And if you don't agree they will use their wealth and influence to either sue you or make you disappear.
