Why do people that hurt children exist?

Anyone that hurts a child or baby does not deserve to live. This world is unbalanced.

I'd like to quote Agent Mulder from The X Files about a serial killer:

"At the age of six, Luther Boggs slaughtered every pet animal in his housing project. When he was thirty he strangled five family members over Thanksgiving dinner and then sat down to watch the fourth quarter of the Detroit-Green Bay game. Some killers are products of society, some act out past abuses. Boggs kills because he likes it."

I know he doesn't mention child abusers specifically but I think the same goes for them...

@Matt85 I completely agree with you and I feel these types of people have an empty black hole in their souls that cannot be filled no matter how much they kill

@WrngWlf I think that might be why you hear about the same person getting stabbed 75 times, they are just never satisfied.

@Matt85 yes but sometimes people who have never killed and are forced to defend themselves will overkill in a flight or fight response... Their adrenaline pumps to the point they can't stop it
