I always had long thick hair, below the shoulder but not reaching the elbow. Now, having a barber's cut style because it's thinning due to getting older.
But, I think long hair is sexy for both men and women.
My godson’s hair was that length at that age, but his father is Native American and he wanted to emulate the style. Now he keeps it just below the shoulders. His father wears a long braid.
Ah, super hot. A guy I once dated told me he had long hair always. I think long haired guys are different in a hot way (sometimes cute), and from what I've known, they are very, very smart and show that they have worked on themself and have an identity, a personality of their own.
I had long hair when I was a child through my early 30s until it went away It was the 70s when I was a kid so long hair was common on boys and girls then.
I'm far from a teen, but my hair has been down to the middle of my back for almost 25 years, except for a year and half that i apparently lost my mind and got it cut,
@Miram uhm, yes, absolutely! Those are incredibly impactful changes that should only be done for the mental health of the adolescent, not for some sick fantasy of an adult. I think I'll have a closer look to file some reports until the system blocks her.
It is so important to support the styles and trends that your teenager wishes to express. Be their support and not their tormenter. So, if he wishes to have long hair let it be.
One less thing to fight over and praying they stay out of drugs alcohol and trouble.
Its the current fad, as long as girls (and their mom's) like it and they're not getting beat up for it, boys will wear it like that. I don't personally like the look but, he does kinda look like an 80's rocker....lol
Personally not my thing. But to each their own I always say. If they like it, why not. The only negative is clearing the bathtub drain of hair more often 😊
When I was a teenager, a lot of guys wore their hair long. It was a relatively new fashion, so after some controversy, our school allowed them to keep it, but to shoulder length. I always thought it was attractive.
My best guy friend, Rio, is Chumash and has had almost waist length hair since I’ve known him. Nowadays he wears it in a braid, but his older son also began wearing his hair very long as a teenager.
Rio is obviously Native American, but his wife is Irish, so people don’t always get the connection with his son (my godson) who was sometimes criticized for the long hair and even misgendered. As an adult people assume he’s a white man with long hair, and now he wears it just below his shoulders.
