My dentist when I was a teenager was a heavy smoker. His fingers were yellow from smoking and his hands smelled like smoke no matter how much he washed his hands and he didn't wear gloves. It was 😖 disgusting.

The dentist is the ideal place for oral surgery. It will strengthen your jaws.

Which tooth? Implants tend not to be covered by insurance, good luck.
