Advice for weight gain?

My doctors always saying how I’m moderately under weight but I eat like no tomorrow
The only advice I can give is to cut back on your caloric intake. Eating less is actually more important than exercise when it comes to weight management (but don't neglect the exercise either).

Edit: Ooops, sorry. You want to GAIN weight. Okay, then head on over to McDonalds! ☺

@Bel6EQUJ5 I did read somewhere having an eating routine can help. I’m tryna figure out the right exercise for myself atm but Google isn’t helping and idk if a personal trainer is affordable atm
@BabyDolls You've said that you're "moderately" underweight, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Later on in life your metabolism will change, and you'll just naturally pile on the kilos.

@Bel6EQUJ5 I’m trying not to but I hate the way I look in certain clothes because of it. I’ve been told the estrogen will pile the weight on but idk how long it’ll be before I get that

I had a similar issue at about your age 🤔 younger actually....

Anyway I'd recommend counting calories of everything, always eat meals with a starch or bread. Have balanced and consistent meals while aiming for 2.5 k total calories. You can even try meal replacements since they're cheap and can inflate your daily intake but they're nasty imo

Better to me moderately underweight than moderately overweight as long as you have a balanced diet. As someone said earlier as you age your motabalism will change and you will likely gain weight naturally.
I guess the secret is to learn to love yourself as you are, to develop your own style and wear what you are comfortable in and feel good in.

Are you eating calorically dense food? Like you may be eating a ton, but is it all lettuce? (or something similar?)
WolfGirlwh0r3 · 36-40, T
focus processed carbs and stuff you can overload your metabolism on so you cant burn all the calories

Quantify what eating like no tomorrow means. What are your daily calories

It's not in how much you eat, but what you eat.

@FrostcloudI’ll have a look at what ketosis is and I’m trying that next but I’m being hoping to avoid ruining feminine figure due to the fact I’m not yet on hormones to surprises my testosterone etc
Frostcloud · F
@BabyDolls thats completely understandable~ i dont exercise myself but im sure theres workouts that focus on lean muscle build and not bulking up. im sure the right workout could even help achieve a more feminine figure but unfortunately i dont know which to recommend s: and ketosis basically means that since you're not eating carbs your body is burning off more fat
BabyDolls · 22-25, T
@Frostcloud I’ve been trying to find a workout plan to follow for it (whilst also learning the gym lingo) and ohhh; that make sense tbh because I’ve been focusing on protein
