@FrostcloudI’ll have a look at what ketosis is and I’m trying that next but I’m being hoping to avoid ruining feminine figure due to the fact I’m not yet on hormones to surprises my testosterone etc

@BabyDolls thats completely understandable~ i dont exercise myself but im sure theres workouts that focus on lean muscle build and not bulking up. im sure the right workout could even help achieve a more feminine figure but unfortunately i dont know which to recommend s: and ketosis basically means that since you're not eating carbs your body is burning off more fat

@Frostcloud I’ve been trying to find a workout plan to follow for it (whilst also learning the gym lingo) and ohhh; that make sense tbh because I’ve been focusing on protein
