I had a similar issue at about your age 🤔 younger actually....
Anyway I'd recommend counting calories of everything, always eat meals with a starch or bread. Have balanced and consistent meals while aiming for 2.5 k total calories. You can even try meal replacements since they're cheap and can inflate your daily intake but they're nasty imo
