Everyone doesn't have to be born intelligent. If someone is working/trying to improve their mental abilities, they are also good similarly as someone born without beautiful looks.

I used to be VERY shallow. I was always attracted to abusive guys who looked sexy,(to me, anyway). With the third ex, I found that his lack of clear thought processes, (probably brought to a head by drugs and booze), made it hard for me to relate, at times.

Well if you don't want to read you simply can't have much of a brain.

I sort of hide my images for that reason.

Being smart isn't the same thing as being able to read. Just a precursor. Or a requirement.

I don't mind anyone that isn't really smart. It's their willingness to find things out in general. That requires reading.

Willingness to read is a bare minimum. And lack of willingness to read is a turn off.

Looks, to me, are secondary at best. Maybe even tertiary.

I have dated some of the plainest women and was happy to know them. And lived with the most beautiful and regretted it.

I will admit that I not the best looking guy. Been told that I'm ugly. But that's not the reason I sort of hide my images. They are there if any only looked.

Looks and personality are what attract me. If I learned later that she lacked intelligence, I would not have stayed with her. Conversely, I have worked with and managed ladies who are much more intelligent than I am, and I was not attracted to them.
