Why do guys try to prove their masculinity when girls come around?

The same reason we show our cleavage , legs and ass.

It’s kinda obvious really. It’s what they’re programmed to do. It’s like us and pumpkin spice.

Honestly a real man lets the "wannabe's" try to prove, while the real man already is....and doesnt need to do anything.

I think it’s just how they’re made. Probably very primal. Sometimes sexy when they aren’t too assy about it.

It's basically due to the gender divide and rule, that starts from childhood where each have their own world and lifestyle. So many activities also are exclusive to gender like girlish and boyish..

So they are not used to girls amidst or lack experience in approaching a girl appearing all of a sudden.

But it's really not masculinity or machoism , but just pulling up together from casual to conscious state. Also most girls are well dressed while guys are casual..

It's true, this seems to be trend now a days, but a decent and sensible guy would never do that
